"Made an appointment as a new patient weeks ago. Show up ten minutes early with all my paper work filled out and waited 25 minutes. Asked how much longer. The receptionist said she'd check and didn't update me - just sat back down. Waited another five minutes, gathered my new patient paperwork from her, canceled my appt, and walked out. Two people in the waiting room. When did healthcare providers not recognize how valuable other people's time is? So disappointing and will never recommend this office to anyone. Do better. The front desk staff lack any sort of customer service skills. I was shocked that this place came highly recommended by someone I know. Clearly, the management is unaware (or simply doesn't care) what a mess their staffing and scheduling are? Drove 30 min there and 30 min home - total waste of my time. Really wish I'd reviewed Yelp reviews before going. This says it all. I'll stick with my current OB."

"Very little conversation, didn’t ask me any questions. I did all of the asking. Bedside manner and personality is anything but comforting. There have been so many changes at North Scottsdale Women’s Health and my doctor retired. I have been unimpressed with now two of the other doctors there. I think it’s time for a new gyn office. "
